Re: Application to Convert to An Academy Alternative Provision
I am writing to inform you that Educational Diversity is in the process of submitting an application to the Department for Education (DfE) to convert to an Academy Alternative Provision (AP) and join Synergy Education Trust https://seteducation.org.uk/. This is an exciting opportunity for us to continue to build on the success of our school, further enhancing the support and education we provide to our students.
If our application is approved by the Secretary of State for Education, we will proceed to the next stage, which involves a formal consultation process. This consultation will take place next year, in 2025, and we will invite all stakeholders, including parents and carers, to share their views and ask questions about the proposed conversion.
We are committed to keeping you fully informed throughout this process and ensuring your voice is heard. Further details about the consultation, including dates and ways to participate, will be shared in due course.
